Hola Ameerah, Isn’t CHI the best?! I have pretty much sworn it as a regular product. It’s light, can be used on wet or dry hair and does not dry out the hair, as do most protein products.

I, too love this product! I have 4a hair and started using it when I went to visit my mom in Las Vegas. It kept my hair from drying out and made it lay down like I had a relaxer (my hair was 100% natural at the time). Within a month of using it (and cutting out all of those clogging hair greases!) my hair I was amazed at how strong and moisturized my hair had become. Go CHI!

Oh no! I don’t like products with alcohol. Now, I hear that there are positive uses for alcohol in hair products, but since I don’t know what they are, or when to use them, I avoid them. I also make a rule to give a product at least 2 tries and if I don’t see something I like, I don’t use it anymore. For instance, I wasn’t too sure whether or not I liked Alter Ego, but after the 2nd use, I felt differently and by the 3 try, I recognized that I had a good product on my hands (or in my hair lol).

i just started using this like two months ago and i LOVE it. i used to use biosilks lotion (they’re both made by the same company) but the huge difference is that chi uses no alcohol in the infusion where biosilk does. after a while (like almost two years; i need to be more observant) of use with biosilk i was starting to notice that my hair was drying out. it wasn’t like crispy or anything but i couldn’t understand why it was dry and seemed more prone to shedding (more like breakage because it was shed from the root, it was in the middle). when i looked at the ingredients (yes i used to use products without looking at what was in it) alcohol is like the second ingredient after agua so i switched to chi and my hair is much better
