Absolutely! This works well on relaxed, natural, curly and really dry hair.
It may be too heavy for those with naturally straight hair.

Yes, just a can of coconut milk, but you can always add your favorite creme conditioner, or oil to it.
I personally, like the coconut by itself, but that depends on how dry my hair is. If my hair is really dry, I add olive oil, or coconut oil (not the fragrance, the real deal from the health food store).

Dry hair? Moisturize as much as you possibly can.
I can’t say that they dye is the culprit, but doubt it helped. Also, on a side note, I think black is too harsh of a color on anyone, unless you’re goth

I have been looking ALL over the internet for some products because Im about 2u go hair supply shopping.
My hair is dry and has been breaking a LOT in the back =(
i have natural hair but Ive been dying it alot recently my mistake
was going from golden brown to black – not only did i HATE the color of jet black i also think it messed with my hair…anywho Im loving your site and Im def. gonna take a good look through your site to see if i can get a good list of products!

Hey Mama,
Did the coconut smoothie and LOVED it! You know I love to OD so I mashed an avocado and mixed the milk with that and grapeseed, olive and coconut oils. Like you say, may hair came out SUAVE! Very shiny, strong with great curl definition. It was EXTRA dry, but now it definitely feels re-hydrated.
