I will definetly take pictures! I have also purchased the Turbo 1500 and looking for a good price Tibbs dryer!

Girl you are awesome!

Oh amiga! I am sending you the biggest, hardiest cyber-hug ever!!! Ya know when you ask yourself, is it worth the effort? Reading this email confirmed that it’s definitely worth the effort.

Please, send me pics when you get your hair done and if I run across any Pibbs specials, I’ll be sure to share them.

I totally love your site!!!! I just have a couple questions:
I’m a DIYer, so what shampoos, conditioners, deep conditioners, shines/polishers do you recommend?
My shampoos have included Mixed Chicks, Pantene, Creme of Nature, etc. But, I always use LeKair Cholesterol with Aloe-as a little girl, my hair dresser used it and then I found it on my own when I started doing my hair myself and I have yet to find a better softener for 4C hair.
After I shampoo, I use Mizani setting and conditioning lotion. When I blowdry, I use FrizzBuster.
    I don’t use anything else.
I want to transition from these products and load up on Dominican products. What do you suggest for 4C hair that is super thick and falls about 3 inches past SL?

Hey mamita, I am SO glad that you love the site.

Here’s what I say on products. If it’s not broken, don’t fix it.
If you’re using products that work for you and you’re not having a problem, there
is not need to switch to all dominican products, unless there’s a specific reason.

I learned to get away from certain products, only because they were not always available to me
and then realized that there were tons of other products that actually worked even better on my hair.

I do recommend switching up once in a while, no to a dominican or non-dominican product, just
in general. This prevents your hair from becoming resistant to a specific conditioner.

But, again…if it’s working for you, KEEP IT!
