I came to salon to get blowout. When i got to shampoo bowl the woman said she was going to put a deep conditioner in m hair i said ok. Got the Dominican blowout done, girl did a good job. After finishing I was startled..the blowout was suppose to be $35, but turned into $58. They never told me i was gonna be changed with the deep conditioning. 2 hours after leaving salon my hair was puffy. I called salon owner and he said for me to come back and see what they could do. I went back to salon and as soon as i walked in the stylist who did my hiair said ” What happened? I told you your hair was difficult. I will wrap it for you” Spent another 20 mins and someone wrapped my hair ( mind u its a 35 drive to this salon from my house. I had a performance an hour later that night and my hair was a complete puff ball. I dont recommend, because of how it was handled after the fact. Th blowout was good, but they should have went the extra mile to re fix my hair. Very Very disappointed.
